Frequently asked questions.

FAQs

How do I care for my new pottery? Everything is dishwasher and microwave safe. However, for a better longevity of a piece, I recommend hand washing. Always wash your new pottery with warm soapy water before using. To avoid thermal shocks do not freeze your pottery or pour boiling water into a very cold mug. When microwaving, be careful your mug might be very hot to touch!

I purchased a mug but I realized I entered a wrong address, can you fix it? Please always double check your address before purchasing a piece. If there is an issue with the address please let me know asap so I can fix the label before I send it out. If the piece is already sent I won’t be able to fix it.

Can you hold a piece for me? I do not hold items. Every piece is first come first serve.
